Branch Manager – Elie

Position Status: Full-time

We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our team at AgWest in Elie, Manitoba. You will play a key role in driving branch operations, leading a team of agricultural professionals, and ensuring top-notch customer service. This position offers a chance to make a significant impact on our branch’s success.

As the Branch Manager, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and innovation.
  • Maximize branch profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Build strong customer relationships and promote AgWest’s products and services.
  • Oversee branch financials, including income statements (P&L).
  • Maintain branch cleanliness and upkeep.
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations.

You and Your Experience:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in mathematics and computer applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
